OUR GOAL AND OATH OF OFFICE

Is to create a non‑elitist and democratic organisation for the benefit of all it's members, to work and represent the needs of those members, and where possible, to offer a support mechanism where no member feels isolated from the association family and where possible we return something to our community.

OATH OF OFFICE

That those who volunteer for positions of responsibility within the association do so understanding that it is the members they represent and not their own advancement at the cost of those members.

This associations stated aims are to:

 
1.
Represent all members fairly and impartially
2.
Seek repatriation benefits or medical compensation for qualifying members
3. 
Be non political
4.
Promote a government awarded medal as a recognition of service for non veteran members of the Australian armed forces
5.
Participate in the annual Anzac Day, (and Reserve Forces Day), memorial ceremony and march
6.
Commemorate National Servicemen's Day each year on 14th February and hold an association commemoration on that day
7. 
Foster all inquiries, which seek to modify the Australian Military Honours system
8.
Promote the concept of National Service or Community Service for Australian youth
9. 
Form affiliation with veteran groups and to offer help and assistance where needed
10.
Support community projects and charities
11.
Assist wherever possible association members who are in need, injured or ill
12.
Support memorial activity of other like bodies
13.
Foster a relationship between other Ex Service Organisations and the NSCFAA Inc.
14. 
Promote the growth of the association by opening new branches and encouraging new membership
15.
Encourage the establishment of permanent memorials to National Service in all population centres
